Vendor Registration

This is a registration form to be a vendor at our 2022 Hmong Nouveau Fashion Show & Concert. By completing this form, it does not guarantee you a vendor space at our event. Upon review of your registration, our staff will connect with you and coordinate the details of your registration and next steps.

Please understand that the venue will retain 20% of all sales. Hmong Nouveau will not benefit by any of the commission retained by the venue. By checking this box, you are indicating that you have read, acknowledg and understand this agreement.
